Phòng sinh hoạt chung rộng 28 m2 bố trí ra phía mặt tiền biệt thự có ban công rộng khoảng 6,5 m2 đây là nơi các thành viên trong gia đình quây quần bên nhau nên được bố trí nội thất đầy đủ và hiện đại. Trong 3 phòng ngủ có 1 phòng ngủ có WC khép kín. 2 phòng ngủ còn lại chung WC ở giữa thuận tiện cho nhu cầu sử dụng.
Tầng 3: Được thiết kế phòng thờ để thể hiện lòng thành kính của chủ nhà đến tổ tiên. Còn lại là sân thượng có mái để phơi đồ, Còn lại là sân thượng khoảng 36m2 được bố trí trồng cây xanh và bài trí một bàn nhỏ để ngồi trên đó nhân nhi li trà vào những buổi tối đẹp trời.
